shipments may be delayed


Orders are processed from 9.00am to 5pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the Monday after.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the destination address and the weight of the products. These costs are directly displayed in your shopping cart. All countries outside the EU are VAT-exempt. Customs duties are included. 
Orders cannot be dispatched to post office boxes.

 

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave notification or will contact you by phone at the number that you provided during your purchase. When the order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail message with details of the order reference code and the dispatch tracking code, so that you can track the progress of your goods.

To ensure goods availability and to speed up delivery time your order could be divided in different packages.

Here are the costs and delivery timing from the pickup of the courier:

Delays in delivery times may be caused by local holidays. Couriers do not make deliveries on the days 25 December, 26 December, 1 January, and at weekends.

 

Boggi Milano cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control.
When you receive the merchandise, we ask you to check that the delivery includes all the items ordered. If there are any problems with the delivery,
please inform us immediately by writing to our
Customer Care service.
